How do I use FTP to upload my website files?
First you need your FTP settings. These can be found in your Welcome Email or in the Customer Portal.Next, get an FTP program—here are our recommendations.
Enter your FTP settings into the software and connect. Upload your site to the folder named "public_html". Be sure to name your homepage "index.html" or "index.htm" or "index.php" and remove the "index.html" that is there already, as it is the "Coming Soon" page.
