I just got done with a call to your tech support department. I was so pleased with the answer time on the call and the friendly, helpful support person who assisted me. (Unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of the person who helped me). Over the years I have spent a lot of time on the phone with customer service and tech support departments of various companies and it is a rarity and a joy to be able to get an issue resolved with such ease and speed.
