What is your backup system like?
Our servers are backed up at daily, weekly, and monthly increments, so at any given time there are several restore points available should anything happen to your data. However, since the backup system is designed to recover entire servers in the event of failure, it can take as long to extract one or two files as the entire account, so we encourage our customer to back up their own data to their home computer for easiest access. Tools are provided in the control panel to assist this.
