Do you support Microsoft FrontPage Extensions? What about 2003 extensions?
We support FrontPage 98, 2000, and 2002 Extensions on our servers as much as possible, but Microsoft has discontinued support for these extensions for Linux servers, so at a certain point we will be unable to support them. If you are using Frontpage extensions to update your site we recommend redesigning your site or moving to a Windows server. You can of course use Frontpage to make the site and not use the extensions, and FTP your site to the server.You can use Frontpage 2003 to publish to a Linux server and the 2000/2002 extensions will work fine, but the true 2003 functions will only work on a Windows 2003 SharePoint server. There were no new “extensions” for Linux released by Microsoft for the 2003 version.
