I wanted to tell you how pleased I have been with Acorn Host. We are a Not for Profit organization and don't have a large budget to handle our own problems. You have hosted our site for six years or so and any time I had a problem, you or your folks responded quickly and always resolved the issue. The most recent issue involved my not being able to log in to cPanel while traveling. Your folks quickly elevated the issue and the next time I moved, I was able to log in with no problems. Kudos to Acorn Host!
I love the no-nonsense approach. I'm not looking for a host to hold my hand or treat me like I don't know what I'm doing. I'm comfortable enough in my own webbery to just be let loose on a well-functioning host and that's exactly what I found with AcornHost. Best of all, it's green and local to me! I just got done with a call to your tech support department. I was so pleased with the answer time on the call and the friendly, helpful support person who assisted me. (Unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of the person who helped me). Over the years I have spent a lot of time on the phone with customer service and tech support departments of various companies and it is a rarity and a joy to be able to get an issue resolved with such ease and speed. WOW! Can I give you some feedback? I have a technical mind (used to work in telecom) but never was much of an IT gal. I cannot believe how easy that was! Your website was simple, easy to follow and I LOVE that I can just fill it out online and get it done right now. I have a busy schedule and can't always catch up with people over the phone. This really worked well for me and I'm totally excited about how easy it is to manage.
Our satisfaction has been absolutely at the highest level. The few times that we needed support, it came instantly and clearly. For the 2 non-profit web sites that we have on Acorn Host, we have plenty of space, fast servers, good tools, and all for the most reasonable cost around. Thanks very much for offering an inexpensive non-profit option, but even your normal rates are extremely fair.
