FAQ

I just set up my account and I can't get my site to show up.

Here are some things to check:

  • Did you change your nameservers and wait up to 24 hours?
  • Are you sure the nameserver change "took"? Go to InterNIC's WHOIS lookup and type in your domain. Make sure the record returned lists the correct nameservers listed in your welcome email.
  • Did you upload your new site to the public_html folder in your web space?
  • Did you remove the existing index.html file that is our "Under Construction" page?
  • Did you name your homepage "index.html" "index.htm" or "index.php"? This is what tells the server to display this page first out of all the pages in the folder.
